Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with NXRTWEAKS. Because it is digital software with an instantly delivered license key, refunds are handled as described below.

2. Money-back window

If NXRTWEAKS does not work on your system or does not perform as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue first; if we can't, we'll refund eligible purchases.

3. What is not eligible

• Requests made after the 7-day window.
• Purchases where the license key has been shared, leaked, or abused.
• "Change of mind" after the software has been used as intended and is working correctly.
• Issues caused by changes you made outside the app, or by ignoring safety prompts (such as skipping the system restore point).

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel the Subscribe plan at any time from your account or by contacting us; it stays active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges already billed are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong and we'll review it.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us on our Discord with your order email and license key. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in your license being revoked.
